We look forward to pleasing you and making sure that you will have the most pleasant memories about your holiday or a business trip.

We tried to integrate the aesthetics and dignity of the north into the hotel concept. Harsh nature with coniferous and deciduous forests, a relatively short summer, a long frosty winter and not very gentle sun - all this unites Scandinavia and Siberia. Having learned the culture, life and features of the Nordic cuisine, we adopted the philosophy of space, colors, symbols and never fail to follow the main trait of real Vikings - hospitality. Every day we think of how to deliver superior service and remain the best for our guests.

We wish your stay to be as comfortable as possible and are ready to pay attention to all questions and details. We are glad to inform you that accommodating help is only one phone button away.

Warm Welcome, Easy Goodbye

Our check-in is at 2:00 pm when the room will be cleaned and ready to accommodate you. Please inform the administrator if you plan to arrive earlier, and the hotel staff will do their best to put you in a free room. Check-out is at 12:00 pm, but if you need more time, give us a call and we will have everything set up.

When you get settled in the room, we suggest going out and having a walk around the city. If you would like to buy souvenirs, visit historical places, buy warm clothes - please contact the administrator, he will willingly tell you the most convenient options, help with booking and do everything for your comfort.

Need Anything?

We are ready to provide useful stuff if you forgot to buy something or bring it with you. Call the help desk or ask at the front desk for everything you need or might need: from shaving cream to needles and threads.

Did You Forget Anything?

The maid service keeps track of the things lost. Lost and found will be kept for three months. Contact the hotel administrator for help.


We take care of our guests, but we also take care of the world around. To save natural resources, our standard practice is to change bed linen in accordance with the rules of 4-star hotel service. We recommend that you leave the towels to dry on the rails or hooks so that they are ready for later use. But if you want to have the towels changed, leave the used ones on the bathroom floor. We appreciate your help in preserving water and electricity, and the environment will appreciate it even more.

Comfort for All

Enjoy every corner of our hotel, from the room to the restaurant and public areas. If we have missed something or made it difficult for you to move in a wheelchair, with a cane or other aids, let us know and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

Wake-Up Call

If you need to be at an important meeting or catch a plane, we will be happy to tell you “Good morning!”, waking you up at the right time.
